  1. Add task count to project, groups and people.

    This feature already exists for focus and is very helpful.
    Since there may not always be tasks associated with people or projects it would be helpful to not have to open each person or project to see if there are any pending tasks.

  2. Option to have completed tasks be recorded in Evernote on the date completed

    I keep a daily log in Evernote and this would help me track my daily activities

  4. Create a 'forecast' view

    Create a view similar to Omni which allows you to see a graphical overview of scheduled tasks by by day for the next 7 - 14 days. Should have the ability to move tasks around on that window (if possible).

    I need to assign evernote notes to projects, cause i work with a large list of customer and is the perfect way to have all the reference information about each one in a place

  7. Sync calander using scheduled date not just due date

    When syncing with a calendar the task appears on the date when the task is scheduled rather than just the Due Date.

  8. Allow "Scheduled" tasks to appear in folders other than Today when they are due

    You made it to a where a recurring task will appear in the folder which the user designates - it is in the recurring task dialogue. Please add the same functionality to where Scheduled tasks appear when they appear/come due.

  9. Calendar view, effort, subtasks

    Some features of the Manage It app would be nice when you are the only member of a team and therefore use GetItDone instead of Manage It.

    The Calendar View is very usefull including the time option of a task and the effort. This makes it possible to plan a day in the morning when meetings have also been scheduled for that day.

  10. Tasks With Subtasks, Convert to Outcomes/Projects Automatically!

    This has already been asked for by several people.

    Subtasks is a necessary feature! After all, David Allen defines projects as outcomes, which are themselves just multi-task...tasks. The corollary to this for GID is a subtask system.

    Tasks with subtasks should automatically become Outcomes themselves. Being forced into defining "projects" at the outset is stifling to the creative process GTD is supposed to preserve.

    I hope you, devs, can respond soon to one of these requests for subtasks for a task (not only tasks within a project). Thanks!

  17. Allow me to choose my GID email address, or at least default it to my user name. The list of random numbers is ridiculous.

    I'm amazed that an app designed to simplify things would create such a confusing default email address. Can it default to the user name OR allow us to choose our own?

  18. facilitate more efficient categorizing, tagging, and sorting

    ability to quickly assign project, tags, and focus without changing screens or pulling up pick lists. Ideally it would be keyboard-focused on the web interface.
