How to sync with Microsoft Outlook

If you haven’t already, you will need to first check out: How do I sync my tasks to my calendar?

Adding an ics or ical Calendar to Outlook 2007 is fairly straightforward.

  • Open Outlook
  • Switch to the Get It Done Web Page
  • Click ‘Export’ – ‘Subscribe to Calendar’
  • Click the Option to ‘Enable Calendar Syncing’
  • Click the Calendar http link

The Calendar will open under ‘Other Calendars’ in Outlook.
