  1. Have the Pie Chart in Projects reflect the number of tasks in various categories and how many tasks have been completed in the project

    Could pie charts reflect the number of tasks completed vs the number of tasks listed in a project.Also, the chart could reflect the tasks in the various categories.

  3. Please support PDF as attachment to open with blackberry Z10 or upper

    PDF attachments is missing on mobile Device Blackberry Z10 - It works only with PC

  4. Sort by Date Created

    It would be very helpful to sort by Date Created or Date Added, even if there is no specified Due Date. eg Inbox in order from newest to oldest or oldest to newest. Then I can add parameters, due dates, etc later, or just knock them off in order.

  5. Have a link on main site displaying status of app web site availability

    I tried to get onto the app just now, but could not connect. I assume the server is down (e.g., for maintenance), but it would be good if you could have something on your home page so that people could see the status of the app server(s).

  6. Add keyword (eg @date) or keyboard shortcut (eg ctrl-d) to add actual date in any text field

    I often document task progress in comment field. It would be very niceto have some kind of keyboard shortcut or short keyword to add actual date anywhere in a text field.

  8. Hi, I would love to have advance notification of auto-renewal. (say a week or so)

    I have checked my Paypal settings and it appears there is no setting to turn this on for Auto-renewals. I was amazed that they did not notify me. Regardless, I think a "heads up" message ahead of time is good for all parties. I have three accounts that need to be reimbursed and it would be easy for me to miss them witout notification. LOVE the software, could not manage my work without it.

  10. Notifying task changes

    Nos it is no possible know when a person who is conected througth a task, when he make some changes, but The task continue open.
    By example He can change The objective date without my authorization.

    This improvement would be very usefull.

  11. Make it so the "Inbox" actually shows ALL tasks so is the Master ToDo List.

    The Inbox should show all Tasks. Otherwise, there's no screen to use to review all tasks to make sure you're not missing anything.

  13. Overwrite existing recurring task.

    When creating a new recurring task. If we are able to configure it so that, it will only create a new recurring task if one doesn't exist.

    Following scenario is not possible with the current functionality.

    If a user wants to create a recurring task each Sat only. And only create that task if one doesn't exist.

    It may seem trivial, however it could greatly improve the adoption of this app. Please look into it.!!

    Note if you don't have the bandwidth, our team can do this change for you, for free of charge. Or help with testing etc.

  15. Make "projects" optional.

    I manage everything through "smart groups"--having the gray empty projects icon on each task takes up space. It would be great to be able to hide projects.

  16. make it possible to move a project from one company to another.

    Sometimes one company starts a project but sells it/hands it over to somebody else. In this case it would be practical to also be able to move the already made plan together with everything else.

  17. Cross Link Evernote Notebooks and Tags and with GetItDoneApp Areas of Interest, Projects and Tags

    It would be nice to be able to sync GetItDone Areas, Projects, and Tags with those of Evernote (bidrectionally) and use this in the Smart Groups of GetItDoneApp.

  19. Checkboxed list within a task. Ex: Task = "Buy Groceries". Within task, allow to a list (milk, eggs, etc). Nirvana app allows.
