Task creation date
Show when a task entry was created. I type this in myself now. ELSE a unique ID per task would be a great reference, is there one in the systems already? just display it.
25 votesThe new Get It Done will show you the date the task was created, Just click on the task then click History. Goto this link to learn how to get on the new app:

Project Templates and/or Import
I work in real estate and there are often things that need to be duplicated. For example each project will have a few sales. Each sale process is almost the same, however they move at different rates. I would like to have a template or import the tasks from a spreadsheet for each sale, and so that I don't have to rewrite each task for every new sale.

we will be making the app more ‘neutral’ so that it looks good across all devices and computers. we found the green to not be consistant and in some places look pretty bad.
finished for version 4.0 -
Add task counts for People
I would like to see how many tasks I've assigned to one of my "People" including how many are due/overdue (just like the counts that exist next to my Inbox, Today, etc.)

Control which "folder" a scheduled task mov
It currently seems to be random whether a scheduled task or re-occurring task appears in the "Inbox", "Next", or "Today" area when it is moved out of "Scheduled." Ideally, I would like to be able to control this.
5 votesWe just added the ability to select which folder you would like recurring tasks to go into. The default is Inbox but you can change this when you edit or add the recurring task:
- Open the recurring task
- Click “this task repeats”
- Chance the option for “New Tasks will be created in”This change is live in the web app and will come to the native apps in the next update..

Hi there!
Thank you for your feedback. I know this response is long over due. Originally, we wanted to keep all feedback alive FOREVER but we need to keep the numbers low in order to keep productive. Hence, we are spring cleaning…
There is a way for you to create a custom Focus Areas. See here for details:
https://marcucio.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/25000006698-how-do-i-create-a-custom-focus-area-i-e-waiting-for-folder-We are hesitant to add extra Focus Areas since we’d like to stay true to David Allen’s methodology. Since we keep our apps very simple and flexible, our users actually told us of this workaround. :)

list tasks in "scheduled for review"
in date order so that when folks are looking to future dates it's easier to see all of the items that are scheduled for that date. Currently (I think) they list in the order they are put in the folder
