When the system generates an email with the tasks that have not been completed, as a reminder I would love if it could automatically be sent to more than one email..... Instead of me having to forward it around once I receive it.

Should autodetect URLs and allow clicking them to open them

Nos it is no possible know when a person who is conected througth a task, when he make some changes, but The task continue open.
By example He can change The objective date without my authorization.

This improvement would be very usefull.

App is fantastic. A suggestion: it would great to display the number of completed tasks; as it is for example for the inbox. It feels good to see how many tasks you have completed. Thanks! Armand

I want to be able to create dependent tasks, so that when i finish the main task, the dependent task appears in today (e.g. Task#1 "Cook dinner" triggers task#2 "Do the dishes").

Please add some basic printable reporting from the get it done app. Just a listing of the tasks within an area; Focus, Projects, Smart Groups, Old Items. The report should include all of the fields of the task (ie. Task Title, Task Note, Due Date, Tags, Focus, Area, Project, Recurring Info)

This would certainly help me periodically review, manage, keep track of, and maintain a current status of all my tasks. And I would hope others would agree.

Often a project is comprised of several smaller projects as opposed to just discrete tasks. All user to create a folder tree of projects.

I have checked my Paypal settings and it appears there is no setting to turn this on for Auto-renewals. I was amazed that they did not notify me. Regardless, I think a "heads up" message ahead of time is good for all parties. I have three accounts that need to be reimbursed and it would be easy for me to miss them witout notification. LOVE the software, could not manage my work without it.

For example, it would be really useful if you could individually select numerous items in your Inbox and schedule them for the weekend. It would also be great if you could schedule all items with a particular tag in your inbox.

Currently all people are visible in all areas. I think this should be optional i.e. I may not want to see MUM in area: WORK. It is off putting to have all people visible / selectable regardless of area selected.

I often document task progress in comment field. It would be very niceto have some kind of keyboard shortcut or short keyword to add actual date anywhere in a text field.

I tried to get onto the app just now, but could not connect. I assume the server is down (e.g., for maintenance), but it would be good if you could have something on your home page so that people could see the status of the app server(s).
