    Create a larger area for notes. Add Timestamps and the name of the person who added the notes.

  3. Sync different Area tasks to different Calendars

    I don't want to see work tasks in my home calendar. Could each area have its own calendar url so Home area syncs with personal email and Work area syncs with work email.

  4. progress indicator - percentage complete

    At the moment completion is total or not at all. A small percentage slider to indicate progress would help

  5. Be able to attach times as well as dates in "scheduled for review"

    Occasionally, I would like to move something off my list right now, but still be reminded about it in the afternoon. (For example when it's something I'm "waiting for" that requires quick turnaround.)

  7. Allow tasks to have no focus

    A project consists of many steps and often the one "next action" must take place before any of the others can proceed. Those "blocked" actions don't really fit in "next", "inbox", or "someday". It would be useful not to have to give them any focus until they can actually proceed, or to give them their own focus called "held" or "blocked" or something like that. This makes review of the other focus areas simpler, quicker, and requires less remembering "oh wait I can't do anything with that task because it belongs to project Z and requires completion of another step…

    I can add items to a task list, but the count of items doesn't always update.

  18. Export only current Focus

    An export creates a mix of all Focus areas, home + work + club etc. I only want to see one set of data, not work tasks mixed up with home tasks.

  20. separate icals for different projects

    I am a heavy user of Get It Done, so when I export the ical to Google Calendar, I get a mishmash of every project I'm working on. It would be better if we could "subscribe" to every project and make a separate calendar in Google.
